POP UP STORE FAQ

DO I NEED TO RSVP FOR THIS POP UP STORE?

No you will not need to RSVP, this is an open space event located at at Orchard Gateway Level 1, Runway, Opposite 4 fingers. We apologise that we are unable to create a queue system but we will do our best to serve you individually as fast as we can! 

WHAT ARE THE OPERATION HOURS?

11am - 9.30pm 

WILL THERE BE SUFFICIENT STOCKS?

We will do our best to bring as much as we can! We hope to seek your kind understanding too if the item run out of stock! We will be closing our website/Showroom and reserve all inventory for the POP UP STORE! 

WILL YOU RESTOCK THE DESIGNS OR CAN I RESERVE THE ITEM?

We will be doing a one time restock either Wed/Thurs & we are unable to take  reservations at the POP UP STORE. 

WILL YOU UPDATE STOCK AVAILABILITY? 

We will do our best to update however please be patient with us!

WILL THE EXCLUSIVE ITEM BE AVAILBLE ONLINE? 

You can only purchase them at the POP UP STORE.

IS THERE ANY SALE? 

We will be running a sale for selected items and size range from $18-$20

CAN STORE CREDIT OR DISCOUNT VOUCHERS BE USED AT THE CARNIVAL?

We apologise that for this event the above store credit/vouchers/discount code will not be able to be used at the POP UP STORE

Strictly no exchange & refund for all purchases. Please check your item(s) before leaving our POP UP STORE.
