A physical appointment at our showroom is encouraged after purchasing online for a size fitting before the embroidery as exchange/return is NOT eligible for Limited Edition Pairs after embroidery.
Our Daily Avenue Team will be contacting customers prior to the physical appointment confirmation.
Please note that the embroidered designs are a pre-order. They are all carefully hand-embroidered one by one. Thus, they will require more time to be completed.
Waiting time depends on the time and date you confirm your order and shoe size. Isabel will embroider your shoes according to your confirmation of shoes size via email or at the showroom. All shoes will be completed in December and January. We promise you is worth the wait :)
If you have opted for courier options, we will be mailing out the pair to you upon the completion of embroidery.
If you have opted for self collection options, we will notify you via email once your order is ready for collection.
Orders of Limited Edition Sneakers that consist of other designs will be fulfilled together upon the completion of the embroidery.
