Returns and Exchanges
We can process store credit back in the form of a gift card for full priced items upon receiving them back at our warehouse. We need to informed within 7 days from the date of delivery of the items. No returns are possible for any sale/ discounted items.
- Please ensure the item(s) haven't been used and is in the original condition with original packaging and any relevant tags etc attached.
- Gift cards purchased cannot be returned.
- Refunds of returned item(s) will be via our online store credit with no expiry date. Kindly understand that we do not do cash refunds.
Defective or wrong items
We apologise for any defective and wrong items sent, please kindly email us (ourdailyavenue@gmail.com) with your order number and any relevant details and photos attached for verification purpose, thank you.
How do I arrange for a return?
Upon verification and confirmation from Our Daily Avenue Team, you may return the item(s) via a tracked courier method of your choice

shipping cost to our warehouse is to be borne by the customer, you may choose any tracked courier method of your choice

shipping method with a tracking number is encouraged, Our Daily Avenue will not be liable for any loss of returned parcel

Terms & Conditions
- Our Daily Avenue reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns, refunds or exchanges
- Our Daily Avenue shall not consider any incidental marks and/or composition variances of the material as a manufacturing defect
- Our Daily Avenue shall not accept any item(s) which was purchased more than 14 days from the date of receiving the item of any reason
- Our Daily Avenue shall not be responsible for any damage of the item(s) caused by inappropriate use of the user or wear and tear
- Our Daily Avenue's decisions on Returns are final
