Courier Service (2-5 working days)

Our Daily Avenue will need 2-4 working days to prepare the item and delivery to the courier team. After which, the courier team will need 1-3 working days to dispatch the item.

We are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. A change of sizing, colour, adding or removing items, combining of orders, changing of billing or shipping address is not prohibited upon checking out.

You can state on the remarks upon checking out however we unable to give a 100% guarantee if the courier team can fulfil the requirements.

We are unable to guarantee a delivery date. We are only able to do a estimation based on the following:

Preparing and packing of order: 2-4 working days

Courier Team delivery: 1-3 working days

The parcel will be directed back to our office by the courier team. We will proceed to contact you for a new delivery address however a top up will be required for the second attempt of delivery. Please kindly ensure all details are accurate upon checking out.

The items purchased from the website will need 2-3 working days for the items to be delivered to the shop before self collection is made available to the customer.

An order completion email will be sent out to you once the purchases have been prepared in the shop for collection. 

Orders will be fulfilled together if there is a mixture of back-order and in-stock order hence to avoid any delay, we encourage you to place in-stock orders and back-orders separately.

As an established online retailer in Singapore, our prices change accordingly to the current trends, inventory as well as demands from our customers. We are unable to provide a refund for the difference in price.

Only items that are being cart out with successful payment are securely yours. Adding of items in the cart does not guarantee the availability of it upon checking out.

Returns are strictly not allowed for change of designs.  Returns are only applicable for size exchanges. Any cases of exchanges need to informed within 7 days from the receiving of the products.

The team needs 2-5 working days to process all requests and we seek your understanding while we verify if the return/refund is approved.

Items bought with gift vouchers can be exchange. If you’ve received a defective item or would like to do a sizing exchange, contact us at sales@ourdailyavenue.com with your order number within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by the team.

The balance of the store credit will be stored in your account for your next usage.

There is no expiry for our store credit.

We have exclusive launches from time to time at the showroom hence do check out our showroom as well!

We will update our restocks through our social media platforms however in the mean time do check out our new launches!

Products are restocked according to material availability hence we cannot ensure that an item will be restocked but we will try our best to bring back the popular items.

We do not offer any physical gift cards at the moment.

Store Credit is issued to you as a discount code and can be used as a payment offset upon checking out on www.ourdailyavenue.com. Store credit is not applicable for retail store or event purchases.

Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash

Store Credit can only be used for only for products and cannot be used to offset shipping charges

Balance of the store credit will be refunded upon using it

There are no expiry dates for store credits
