A third-party courier service will deliver your order to you within 2-4 working days after the date of order.

The parcel will be directed back to our office by the courier team in the event that the address is invalid. We will proceed to contact you for a new delivery address however a top up will be required for the second attempt of delivery. Please kindly ensure all details are accurate upon checking out. Yes, we can process store credit back in the form of a gift card for full priced items upon receiving them back at our warehouse. We need to informed within 7 days from the date of delivery of the items. No returns are possible for any sale/ discounted items.

Apologies, postage fees will not be reimbursed, you may choose the most economical tracked courier of your choice for any returns made.

Gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Only one promo code can be applied per order.

No, the balance of your gift card will remain in the same gift card for your next usage.
