Returns and Exchange

Online Purchases

All exchange / returns are to be made within 7-10 working days from the date of receiving your order

  • Exchange is applicable for products purchased on our website www.ourdailyavenue.com
  • A one-time exchange is applicable for online orders of a product of the same or higher value. A top up will be required for higher value products however there will be no refund of a lower value product.
  • Please make sure the item(s) hasn’t been used and is in the original condition with original packing, tags and tickets attached
  • Gift cards purchased cannot be returned
  • Refunds of returned item(s) will be via our online store credit with no expiry date. Kindly understand we do not do cash refunds. 
  • Cash refunds are inapplicable for orders placed online and at the showroom.
  • Exchanges are subjected to stock availability and Our Daily Avenue reserves the rights to accept or reject any exchanges.
  • For all SALE items, strictly no exchange and refund.

    Defective or wrong items

    We apologise for all defective and wrong items sent, please kindly email us (ourdailyavenue@gmail.com) using the contact form with pictures attached for verification purpose.

      How do I arrange for an exchange?

      Upon verification and confirmation from Our Daily Avenue Team of the exchange, following are the option for exchanging the item

      1. Return via mailing
      • shipping cost to our location is to be borne by the customer
      • shipping with tracking number to be encouraged, Our Daily Avenue will not be liable for any loss of returned parcel
      • Our Daily Avenue will mail out the exchanged item to you upon receiving the purchased item 

      Terms & Conditions

      • Our Daily Avenue reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns, refunds or exchanges
      • Our Daily Avenue shall not consider any incidental marks and/or composition variances of the material as a manufacturing defect
      • Our Daily Avenue shall not accept any item(s) which was purchased more than 14 days from the date of receiving the item of any reason
      • Our Daily Avenue shall not be responsible for any damage of the item(s) caused by inappropriate use of the user or wear and tear
      • Our Daily Avenue's decisions on Returns are final
