Self Collection

Self Collection is available for orders made on our website at the following address:

• An order completion email from us would meant that the shoes has been prepared for collection in our store
• STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE / REFUND FOR SALES ITEMS 
• All purchases to be collected from store within 14 working days from the date of order completion email.
• To avoid disappointment, refrain from collecting the items before the order completion email.
• Items will be disposed after 30 working days if we fail to receive any response from the customers without any refund.
• An administrative fee of $1 will be charged for any changes in the mode of delivery.

Exchange for Self-Collected Purchases

• In the event that the shoes do not fit, an exchange can be done in our showroom with stocks subject to availability
• The exchanged items will only be applicable for sizing misfits. A change of design is not applicable
• In the event if the alternative sizing is unavailable, customers can choose to exchange for another design
• A full payment of the new pair is required to be made at the showroom with the original amount being refunded via the original mode of payment on our backend system
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and Our Daily Avenue reserves the rights to do approve or reject any exchanges
