Q: DO I NEED TO RSVP FOR THIS POP UP STORE?
This is an open space event located at Orchard Gateway Level Runway hence a RSVP is not required. Customers will be served on a first come first serve basis to our best ability.
Q: WHAT ARE THE EVENT OPERATION HOURS?
11am - 9pm
Q: WILL THERE BE SUFFICIENT STOCKS?
Stocks are allocated on a first come first serve basis however the designs will be refreshed according to its demand. Check out our Event Catalogue for more information!
Q: WILL THERE BE A RESTOCK OR CAN I RESERVE THE ITEM?
Restocks are planned based on the space availability. We are unable to make any reservations at the Pop Up Store.
Q: WILL YOU UPDATE THE STOCK AVAILABILITY?
Due to the fast movement of our stocks, we are unable to guarantee a stock update.
Q: ARE THERE ANY ITEMS ON SALE?
There will be selected items going off at $18 to $20.

Strictly PAYNOW only! All other payment platforms are not acceptable at our event.
Q: CAN STORE CREDITS OR DISCOUNT VOUCHERS BE REDEEMED AT THE EVENT?
Only Gift cards and Store credits can be used at our Pop Up Event. Other Discounts Codes are not applicable.
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE OR REFUND AFTER PURCHASE?
Strictly no exchange & refund for all purchases. Please check your item(s) before leaving our Pop Up Event.
